QRJ Policies
Clear rules for using QRJ Queue Management, including privacy, cookies, acceptable use, user-submitted links, redirects, data retention, third-party services, and account deletion.
Privacy Policy
QRJ respects your privacy. We collect your email address and password to enable login, dashboard functionality, and queue management. This information is used only to manage your account and identify queue ownership.
Data Collection
- Email addresses are securely stored and never publicly displayed or shared without consent.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard password hashing and cannot be viewed in plain text by QRJ.
- Additional optional data you provide, such as queue names, queue messages, website links, redirect URLs, and queue settings, is stored to provide the service.
- If a queue owner enables optional full-name collection, visitor names may be stored as part of queue operation.
Cookie Policy
QRJ uses essential session cookies to support functionality such as login, queue creation, joining, and admin access. These cookies are temporary and limited to QRJ functionality. They do not track your browsing on other websites.
QRJ may also use third-party cookies for analytics and advertising, including services such as Google Analytics or Google AdSense. These providers may set cookies to collect anonymized usage data.
By using QRJ, you consent to the use of these cookies. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, but some QRJ features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
Terms of Use
By using QRJ Queue Management, you agree to the following terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use QRJ.
- You will not use QRJ for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, or spam purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, admin passwords, queue PINs, and dashboard access.
- You understand that QRJ may display advertisements or sponsored content.
- QRJ does not moderate all user-generated queue content. Queue owners and admin users are responsible for the content, messages, links, and redirects they create, share, publish, or allow.
- You are fully responsible for any visitor message, website link, forward URL, redirect URL, instruction, external page, or third-party content you add to QRJ.
- You will not use QRJ to share, display, promote, or redirect users to illegal, harmful, adult-only, 18+, explicit, exploitative, deceptive, unsafe, phishing, malware, scam, abusive, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- You will not use QRJ links or redirects to hide, disguise, shorten, mask, or misrepresent the real destination of an unsafe, misleading, adult-only, illegal, or harmful website.
- You understand that QRJ does not approve, verify, monitor, investigate, guarantee, or endorse links, visitor messages, redirect URLs, third-party websites, payment pages, forms, files, downloads, or external content created by queue owners or administrators.

- QRJ may limit, suspend, or terminate access if the service is misused or these terms are violated.
User-Submitted Links, Website Links & Redirects
QRJ Queue Management may allow queue creators, queue owners, or queue administrators to add optional website links, visitor message links, and forward or redirect URLs. These links may be displayed to users on QRJ screens or may open when a user's turn comes. These links and redirects are created and controlled by the queue owner or queue administrator, not by QRJ.
QRJ does not review, approve, verify, monitor, endorse, investigate, or guarantee the safety, legality, accuracy, quality, availability, reliability, or appropriateness of any text, data, contact numbers, website link, visitor message, external page, redirect URL, third-party website, file, download, form, payment page, offer, instruction, service, product, or content added by queue owners or administrators.
Responsibility of Queue Owners and Administrators
Queue owners and administrators are fully responsible for any message, website link, forward URL, redirect destination, external website, or external content they add to QRJ. By adding a link or redirect URL, the queue owner confirms that they have the right to share that link and that the destination complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, and QRJ policies.
- Queue owners must not use QRJ to share illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, unsafe, or misleading links.
- Queue owners must not link to phishing pages, scams, malware, viruses, suspicious downloads, fake login pages, fake payment pages, or misleading forms.
- Queue owners must not link to adult-only, 18+, explicit, exploitative, age-restricted, or inappropriate content.
- Queue owners must not link to hateful, violent, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive content.
- Queue owners must not link to content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, publicity rights, confidentiality rights, or legal rights.
- Queue owners must not use QRJ redirects to hide the real destination of a harmful, illegal, adult-only, deceptive, or misleading website.
- Queue owners must not use QRJ to trick users into submitting private information, payment details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive data to an unsafe or misleading website.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Websites
QRJ, QRJ.ca, its owners, administrators, developers, staff, contractors, affiliates, hosting providers, and service providers are not responsible for third-party websites, external links, redirected pages, external content, external services, user-submitted links, or any actions taken by users after leaving QRJ. When a user opens a link or is redirected to another website, that website is controlled by the third party or queue owner, not by QRJ.
QRJ is not responsible for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, payment issue, privacy issue, security issue, identity issue, data collection, offensive material, unlawful material, adult-only material, explicit material, misleading content, malware, scam, download, charge, purchase, instruction, promise, or harm caused by any external website, user-submitted link, visitor message, or redirect URL.
User Caution
Users should use caution before opening any external link, submitting personal information, making payments, downloading files, following instructions, or relying on information shown on a third-party website. Users should verify that the destination website is legitimate, safe, and trustworthy before interacting with it.
Removal, Suspension & Reporting
QRJ may remove links, disable queues, suspend accounts, block access, delete content, or take other action at any time if QRJ believes a queue, visitor message, website link, redirect URL, or destination page may be unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, adult-only, 18+, explicit, inappropriate, suspicious, or in violation of these policies. QRJ is not required to provide advance notice before taking action.
To report a harmful, illegal, misleading, adult-only, explicit, abusive, or suspicious link connected to QRJ, contact us at support@qrj.ca.
