Message for Users: Optional Shown on the join, waiting, and called screens. Plain text is safest.

Optional Website Link: Shown to users as a button. Leave blank if not needed.

Forward URL When User's Turn Comes: Optional. Users will see the turn screen first, then be forwarded automatically.

Maximum Queue Size: Optional. When the waiting list reaches this number, new visitors cannot join.

Business / Display Name: Optional. Shown on visitor and poster screens.

Business Logo URL: Optional. Use an https image URL for your logo.

Service Categories: Visitors can choose one service when joining. Example: Walk-in, Appointment, Pickup.

Counters / Rooms: Staff can call the next visitor to a specific counter, desk, or room.

Enable email notification when a visitor is called. Show SMS notification action for staff. This uses the visitor phone app for now. Show WhatsApp notification action for staff. This opens WhatsApp with a ready message. Enable simple appointment request page. Enable customer feedback after service.
